Establishing its base of operations in Plano, Texas, Paragon Independent Insurance Agencies, Inc. was formed with Carl Shockey as President and Randy L Lovelace as Vice President. Carl and Randy have a combined total of 40 years as successful agency principals in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry. Simply put, Paragon's mission is to be able to offer individuals more options, flexibility, and competitive premiums through nationally known insurance companies.
